Saturday, October 6, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Are you a youth 18 years old or younger?  Have you ever considered collecting postage stamps?  Maybe you are already a stamp collector?  If you answered YES to any or all of these questions, then this program is for you!  Bring your parents, grandparents and/or other family members or friends who share your stamp collecting interest, and enjoy our various activities.  A workstation will be available to teach you how to safely remove stamps from envelopes and to use stamp hinges to adhere stamps onto your stamp albums (or notebook) pages.  There will be another 7 to 8 workstations of various educational stamp projects.  For your younger siblings, there will be a coloring station.

Are you an Educator interested in using postage stamps in the classroom?  If so, you will not want to miss this program!  There is a workstation specifically for all Educators to obtain free stamps, covers and other philatelic educational items.  (Educators include public or private school teachers, homeschool parents, scout leaders and other youth program leaders.)  Be sure to reserve time to work on the various projects available to everyone.

For your enjoyment, videos on stamp collecting will be playing all day long.

So, come on out to Bothell, stay a few hours or the entire day, and have some great stamp collecting fun! (Sorry, NO babysitting services available).
